The Range - Five models are available. The range covers band widths from 1/8" to 3-1/8". Simonds welders are engineered to provide reliable, high strength welds. The annealing process provides variable annealing time and voltage to achieve optimum consistent weld strength. With five models offering a variety of options means you can tailor your Simonds welder to meet your needs.
Available Packages - When you consider a Simonds welder, you can purchase it two ways - either as a stand-alone unit (for existing weld shops), or as a complete "Turn-Key Operation". Our turn-key operation includes all the peripheral equipment to complement the welder and provide you with a fully operational weld shop.
Set-Up and Training - When you receive your Simonds welder, we will send a welder technician to your location to be sure the welder arrived in good condition. It is completely inspected and checked to ensure it is properly installed. We then spend two days with your welder operator - we instruct on the care and maintenance of the welder and then spend the rest of the time on intensive welder training. When we leave your shop, your welder operator will be certified to start welding bandsaw blades!
