Permanent Magnetic Lifters Utility Lifters

Simplify machine loading and unloading with these simple yet effective permanent magnetic parts lifters. Great for stacking, de-stacking, and transferring steel sheets, plates, bar stock, angles, in the plant or in the shipping/ receiving area. Superior design allows one person to perform operations that traditionally require two or more people.

Utility lifters are ideal for steel plate, forgings, die castings, bar stock, and angles . They offer many uses in machine shops, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. The "non-marring" roller cam release simplifies parts release. Utility lifters eliminate the need for slings, clamping devices, or chains.

Please be sure to use only on material that is 1" or thicker that does not flex or bend. For thinner material, the weight limit needs to be downgraded for a safe lift. The surface of the lifter and the load piece need to be clean and free of chips, oil, slag, dirt, etc. Lifts must be centered on the load. Not recommended for painted or coated surfaces.

When lifting material over 4' x 8', use two or more lifters on a spreader bar, to prevent sheet flexing, sagging, or peel-off.
